Thorstein respondet: hæ res, quas nunc loqueris, mihi æque sunt notæ atque tibi; cum vero rem meo arbitrio permiseris, quando in eventum multo incertiorem commissa esset, consentaneum est, ut hæc res, quæ tam bene convenit, tuo arbitratu fiat; quare omnia, uti præcipis, instituenda sunt; hæc contra omnium opinionem evene- runt.
